Pet Nat Trial & Error

Making sparkling wine bucketwine style takes a bit of trial and error.

We are trying the farmer style where wine is bottled with a bit of the ferment still to go which captures the CO2 in the bottle, making it naturally sparkling – or petillant naturel as the French call it.
