Bucketwines are hand bottled in 640ml craft beer bottles with a crown seal.  Each bottle is hand-written by Tennille.  These bottles from vintage 2013 show the middle harvest run of Malvasia.  We did a trial where we picked the grapes at early, middle and late stages and made the wines in the same fashion to see what the difference in maturity did to the wine.
